Sausage Balls

I grew up eating sausage balls and have always loved them. They are a great appetizer for parties or just for snacking.

~ 1-pound of ground sausage ( I prefer Neese’s sausage, but you can use whatever brand you like)
~ 1/3 cup of flour
~ 1-1/2 to 2 cups of cheese

~ Sit your sausage out on the counter so it gets room temperature. This is an optional step, but I think it makes it easier to work with, and plus, you won’t have icicle fingers from dealing with cold meat straight from the fridge.
~ Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
~ Break apart the sausage in a bowl and add your flour and cheese.
~ Mix well using your hands.

~ Grease or line a pan with parchment paper.
~ Using either your hands or a scoop, roll up the sausage to make little balls and place on your pan. The amount of balls you get depends on how big you roll them.
~ Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

This is such an easy and quick recipe to make. They come out so cheesy and heat up nicely later if you have leftovers. Leave me some comments or feel free to contact me and let me know what you think about this recipe. And don’t forget to look around at my other recipes!
